I rarely go on vacation because my dad hates to travel unless he has to for business, so I just end up going into NYC all the time, or traveling around NY, CT and NJ with my friends looking for something to do, spending money, and causing trouble.
In August I toured Japan; Tokyo, Osaka, Hiroshima all the big cities, probably the best vacation I've ever taken, Japan's a fascinating place. espoac
I'm so jealous right now, I can't even begin to express it =P That sounds incredible. I would love to go to Japan.... so expensive though =/ I'm hoping that if I save up for the next few years, I might be able to afford it.... I hope so.
Um, I went to Canada early in the summer last year and I also went to a summer camp in Boston, other than that nothing. My family doesn't go to many interesting places when we go on vacations and we almost never fly because my mom hates flying, I want to see Europe but my mom would scoff at the idea.
Went to Arizona a couple years back for Thanksgiving with parent's friends (and stayed there to admire the scenery some more. Not to mention I got to sit inside a Lamborghini Murcielago in a parking lot :D).
I wanna go there....how was it? Lovely, would definitely recommend, but it's on the very expensive side. Especially if you're a drinker of alcohol. But if it's just for a vacation that's not a very big deal.
Last time I went on a plane I went to Perth. But I went 2 hours down the coast with my boyfriend and his sister and dad to his grandparents house who reside at Sussex Inlet on the water last March. Great weekend.
