...walking down the hallway or street, since you just remembered something absolutely hilarious. Isn't it annoying? Especially if its a crowded hallway, and you have to quickly suppress a laugh so people don't think you're insane... I find the best solution is to pretend you're coughing.
I was thinking about this exact thing yesterday. I try to transition the laugh to a fake cough and pretend the whole thing was a cough and not a laugh at the beginning.

I've had situations like that during a moment of silence, it sucks. It's pretty bad in the middle of a wake as well.
Me too and man it sucked! After the minute of silence, when the music opened it scared me... Ooooh I tried so hard not to laugh.
I find it uncomfortable to read something funny on the bus and start laughing out loud. It's stupid to feel like you have to supress something just because other people are around.
lol ive done that.then as you laugh, you look around to see if anybody is watching. only youre still laughing while you look at them and it comes off as insanely creepy. yeah...awkward moment...
It's hard to suppress laughter after remembering a Lamb of God video where they have their fans run headlong into each other in a "wall of death".EboyLOL
