Change the .jpg at the end of the file to .rar and open.

thsi is driving me mad now.. iv egot to the point where i can make a file and hide something in it.. but ti isnt showing as a .jpg

I've seen one Oblivion mod that was 100KB compressed and 100MB uncompressed.
