I would definitely agree with you on the seafood.  I can't, however, agree with the fried catfish.  It tastes like hot mud

That could be true, also.  Since catfish are bottom-feeders, I always thought their taste came from their diets, but if a way exists to eliminate that "muddy" or "dirty" flavor in the cooking process, then I would gladly try it again.

Yeah I don't like that either. I also hate boiled rice, that I have to eat when I'm sick....ugh.

Onions, and any food that has touched or been near onions, unless its a soup or sauce of some sort, then I dont mind, but other than that, I hate onions.Satanshelper
