So I noticed there were quite a few music topics floating about today, so I figured I'd input this one...
My least favourite Nine Inch Nails album is With_Teeth
My least favourite Nine Inch Nails song is Maybe Just Once
How about yours?

In last place would be The Cure from 2004 and Just Say Yes from Greatest Hits...though the acoustic version is better.

I thought you would answer Wild Mood Swings... I must say I am suprised...
While Wild Mood Swings didn't have the coherence in styIe that the other albums had....The Cure didn't have the Robert Smith touch. Needs the Robert Smith touch. I do like the songs but it's missing the layers he adds to the music.

If it makes you feel better in reverse order WMS is right above The Cure.

Fair enough... so did Robert Smith have any part in the producing side of the album? I thought he always produced them, or did he still take part only with a lesser role?

Every Day Is Exactly the Same may be one of my favorite songs ever. The lyrics are brilliant and the song itself is great. While Nine Inch Nails isn't my favorite band, I do love them and their latest album "Year Zero" was terrible imho.
[QUOTE="-starman-"]favourite band is Smashing Pumpkins.
least favourite album is Zeitgeist.
least favourite song is from Machina: Machine of Gods... "Try, Try, Try".
DrSponge
Out of all the abominations on Zeitgeist, you chose Try Try Try from Machina? :?
Uhh sorry I just can't say anything bad about Pink Floyd :P But I will say I listen to Piper At the Gates of Dawn the least out of all thier albums.
My favourite artist is David Bowie.
Haha, this is certainly a highlight in the careers of both of these men. . .
---
I was going to say that my least favourite album of his was his self titled debut, filled with what sound like songs from a child's album, but it still holds a certain amount of charm being his first. Then I gave Never Let Me Down another listen, and needless to say: it let me down.
So, I'd have to say that David Bowie's 'Never Let Me Down' in all it's 80's glory, does not deserve to be in the Bowie Catalog -- especially the song Bang Bang. Tough choice, though, because a lot of the songs on this album sound the same.
Even the album art is an abomination. . .

For this topic, I'll say my favourite band is In Flames
My least favourite album is A Sense Of Purpose
My least favourite song is anything off that album. Seriously, it makes me sad just listening to the abomination that they have turned into.
[QUOTE="Ravirr"]Fiction Dark Tranquility-Sniper99-I really thought they did a great job with that album
My favourite band are Nirvana ....
My least favourite album is Nevermind :
And my least favourite song is Come As You Are.
Pearl Jam is my favorite band. Vitalogy is my least favorite. But it still is one of my favorite albums of all time.

I dont like Sounding the Seventh Trumpet by Avenged Sevenfold, most of the stuff in it neither.
Absolution by Muse... Yeah it was their breakthrough album, and I love it to death but I like their other albums more. My least favorite song by them would probably have to be "Ruled By Secrecy", the last song on the aformentioned album.
Uh, I have a hard time deciding which my favorite band is but let's just go with Tool.
My least favorite album by them is 10,000 Days. I don't think it's worse than their other albums per se but it's different in a way I personally not quite enjoy. My least favorite song would probably be The Pot.
band:
Muse.
worst album: Showbiz.
worst song: Ruled by Secrecy.
Placebo:
Worst Album: Meds
Worst Song: Idk, theres some weak ones on Meds and a few other ones. I'm gonna say "Blind"
Arctic Monkeys
Worst album: well there's only 2, so I'll say Favourite Worts Nightmare
Worst song: Only Those Who Know, its so slow and not their style at all.
Hmmm... It's hard to say I dislike any of Tool's music but judging just by how often I listen, my least favorite album is Undertow:
And my least favorite song would beeee... Disgustipated. Not counting the non-songs like Message to Harry Manback.
I think the order would be:
1. Lateralus
2. Ænima
3. Opiate
4. Salival
5. 10,000 Days
6. Undertow

You've got to be kidding. You like 10,000 days more than Undertow??? :?
Undertow is clasic!

Disgustipated deserves more love
Don't get me wrong, I still like Digustipated. It's got nearly 100 listens on my iPod alone. It's just my least listened to song really.

Yeah. The Pot and Jambi are awesome. Vicarious is too, Wings for Marie/10,000 Days is beautiful, and Right In Two has some of the best lyrics and drum work I've ever heard.
Right In Two is really all that puts it ahead.

You must be a newer fan. I first discovered Tool when I saw Undertow in a record shop and decided on a whim to pick it up, had an interesting cover :P
My favorite album.

And many other's least listened to as well I bet. I guess it's mostly because of the nature of the song but IMO it's one of their funniest and most brilliant songs. And that's saying a lot.

I suppose I am. The first album I got was Salival back in 2000 when I was like 9. Which was kind of an odd place to start. :P But then I got Lateralus and went back and got the rest.

Well, as I said, I don't think 10,000 days is worse than their older work but it did disappoint me, apparently you and many other older fans. It was only about a year after the release and lots and lots of listening I got to terms with it and accepted it for what it is.
Personally I prefer Aenima, but that's also my first Tool album. I think I see a trend here :P

Yeah. I don't listen to Tool much anymore though, just surprised you said Undertow was the most disappointing.
The song Prison Sex makes the whole album, the video is great to :D
