What has happened to OT? Now the main pages are filled with religion, political, or girl advice threads. What happened to all the fun? Where's the epic threads? This board was so creative and inventive. We're better than this guys!

I think it's time to take OT back! If you agree, sign the form. Let's see how many true OTers we have.

i keep on hearing about the end of OT, i keep on hearing about the end of all sorts of forums etc, and yet it never happens.

and you just cant bring back epic threads. it isnt as simple as that. Oh, and these types of threads are becoming just as common as girl help or religious threads. So this really isnt helping.

We've got a nice list going.

That's my point. I just enjoy looking at the political threads/economy threads where so many people think they know how to fix everything. It's pretty amusing....

From what I hear, it's been this way for a while. At least the entire time I've been here, and I joined in May of 2006.

I have worked out the reasons why it has changed/ we think it has

1) Age : We have grown older, so we think it is less cool. Much like when you were smaller, and you thought Power Rangers looked really real, and the Zoids look huge, but now they look like the toys they are. Same effect.

2) When you see something enough times, it ceases to be funny. This has happened to the Simpsons. I know hardly any people who crack up laughing at that show anymore.
