Pea soup... I think I've had peas in my soup before but I don't think I've ever had peas alone in a soup.Potato soup is my favorite probably but I did make a mean pea soup this past weekend. Maybe it's a tie.

I used split peas, so if you let it cook for a long time they all break down and it becomes creamy. Often times ham is included but I prefer to leave it out. I did have some carrots and potatoes in there though, which held up just fine luckily. (Didn't want them all mushed in with the peas). It doesn't always sound good but I really like it.
I haven't tried it but I;m sure I would like it cause I like a lot of different soups but mushroom is still my favorite.I'm the only French Onion Soup fan here? :P

my mother used to take French onion, chedder and mozerella cheese, and potatoes, mix it all together and serve. twas amazing. i highly recommend.I'm the only French Onion Soup fan here? :P
