Some users do that to troll around and others just want to get a start. Some people thought i was a troll but I'm not. I moved here to gamespot cause gamefaqs and gametrailers were horrid. And I'm not even gonna try IGN.
I don't have a problem with them....sometimes higher level users troll as well. If you want I can show you some examples...

Because it's "intending to annoy" them. Even if they weren't annoyed and even if that weren't the intention, it'd still count as that...I have my say about trolls when they are banned. Eventually they all are....Why when they are banned?[QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"][QUOTE="RobboElRobbo"]

Why when they are banned?

Courtesy I imagine.
Doesn't show a lot of courtesy imo, unless I miss some important context here. Banned = not here. Not banned = here. Slight difference.[QUOTE="Teenaged"]Doesn't show a lot of courtesy imo, unless I miss some important context here. Banned = not here. Not banned = here. Slight difference. Depends on what you mean by "here". Banned users can most definitely view the forum and read threads, and also see when someone speaks ill about them.
Also if you would like can you answer my previous question?

Pretty sure it's because the ToU forbids discussion of other users' potential violations but not after they are banned.[QUOTE="Teenaged"]

Not to mention it makes for ban threads that are far more entertaining than they would be otherwise.Banned = not here. Not banned = here. Slight difference. If someone is so sensitve that reading their banned thread hurts their feelings....they should never read them. There is almost always a dissenting group in any one of those threads. And in point of fact...no one in life is universally liked. The question is....why feel the need to insult users in threads that aren't responding to said thread at the time but do actively post here?[QUOTE="Teenaged"]The first equation is off.[QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"] Banned = not here. Pretty sure it's because the ToU forbids discussion of other users' potential violations but not after they are banned. And I am pretty sure I am responding to a post that brought up courtesy as the reason why, in stead of the ToU.I saw your previous post and I dont disagree with you.

Also in case you missed my request, can you please answer the question I asked to you a couple of posts ago? Thanks.

Not getting your point here. You brought up the banned threads as to be the same as non banned threads vis a vis opinions/impressions.Treat everyone the same, read what they say, judge people by their actions.Justinps2heroWho does that?

Not getting your point here. You brought up the banned threads as to be the same as non banned threads vis a vis opinions/impressions. My point is relevant to the question I asked a couple of posts ago, which I repeatedly asked you to respond to.It sets a prespective about what is considered acceptable bashing and what isnt considered aceptable bashing when it comes to forums users.

I don't think any negative opinions should be expressed. It's fine to disagree with others but it's over the limit when it gets personal. The saying if you don't have anything good to say does have some merit. There are users here I don't like. But I've never told them that.[oh you mean most of the active TDHers oh okGHlegend77I don't believe I brought that site up. Interesting how you jumped right to it. Why do you find it acceptable only in banned threads and not say in forums outside of GS where the ToU of GS doesnt apply?

They are not users here....if they are banned. So yeah. I did answer your question. I don't post with OT users elsewhere and I don't think about them when I'm not here. If one has to go to other sites and post about OT users....that's a problem IMO. If they aren't there....one shouldn't obsess about them.[QUOTE="Teenaged"]But you said that you would express a negative opinion once the users you have a negative opinion about get banned.[QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"] I don't think any negative opinions should be expressed. I asked you if thats the only way you find acceptable to bash users, and if yes, to justify it compared to other ways, like the example I gave you.
So please, answer my question.
The fact that you dont post with OT users somewhere else doesnt mean others dont and it doesnt mean they post there in order to bash other OT users. They are not users here....if they are banned. LJS9502_basic
Why not call bashing others in their banned threads as an obsession as well? Why would someone care so much that they just have to be mean at someone behind their back while knowing they cant post anymore to defend themselves?
