Life frustrates me

now dont get me wrong i'm not planning to off myself or anything neither am i looking for sympathy........

but i just dont get it why is it that despite having everything in my favour i always end upgetting the short end of the stick......it really gets me down ....why is it that people that are not as good as me do much better(before you accuse me of being arrogant for assuming myself to be better than some one i'd like to clarify that the people i'm talking about took my help on their projects with the knowledge of the teachers onstuffthatwas a major chunk of theirprojectwhich was similar to the one i had made)......yet when it comes to marks i got nothing compared to what they did

same is the case with the other stuff people who need to get their concepts cleared from me at about 2 in the morning before the exam score more than me ...i just dont get it and it depresses me that despite my best efforts i dont get what i deserve .....:s

this happens to anyone else .....please share you may help me put things into perspective

At one one point in time we all feel that way.

I hate to sound harsh, but you should really use these opportunities to get used to it. I don't mean that in a "lie down and just take it" kind of way, but you need to expect this type of behavior from everyone you interact with in the work place. If you expect this, then you can become comfortable with simply knowing that you are competent at what you do. If others need to grapple for attention to feel accomplished, let them. In the end, your own results will speak for themselves to those who pay attention. Good luck!

enjoy the little things, and dont sweat the petty stuff (or pet the sweaty stuff, I cant remember :P ). And for the love of god, if you are under 28 years old do not worry about making the big bucks. You are too damn young to begin your adult life being miserable.

if you are a kind and generous soul, then the best thing you can do for yourself and others is to focus on your own happiness, and damn everything else. I know that sounds self-centered but, like I said, if you are generous and kind it will be ok.

Stop comparing yourself with others. If you look hard enough you will always find someone who's better off than you in some regard.
