Lil Wayne is Garbage/Horrible!

I dont normally use the word over hype but I have to use it in this situation. Before I continue, unlike many here, I like rap and respect the majority of artist that are rappers. That being said, the man is over hyped. Hes like a gremlin with A.D.D when he speaks. If you actually listen to his lyrics, its gibberish compared to Jay-Z,Eminem, or [insert fav. artist here]. He babbles incoherently. Im not afraid to say it, Lil Wayne is GARBAGE! (HATE RAP? DONT POST)

I think Lil Wayne is one of the best rappers out there today.

He is one of the better mainstream rappers to come along in a while. You usually dont see rappers with the freedom and creativity he has these days.

i have argued so many times about this. Lil' Wayne is awful, his lyrics are pathetic, he might say one average line here and there but mostly terrible, he usually says the same stuff just said differently, his voice is annoying, and the beats he uses can be very annoying too, the only thing he has is good basslines and they arent even made by him... so bascially hes **** Open your eyes mainstream fans there is so much better out there...its so sad to see rap getting degraded by dumbasses like him.

Lil Wayne? more like a lil pain in the butt. Was only a fan of rap in the old days with Tupac, Biggy, Big Punn Etc, now its all gone crap. Rock all the way :)

I think Carter 2 is better than Carter 3, but I really like both albums.

He's unique because of his frog voice. This is what happens when someone with a high pitched voice damages their vocal cords from smoking too much.

Personally, I just don't like his music, let alone rap period, and especially when he tried mixing rock and rap in the song "Prom Queen."

I don't really care for him. Mainstream rap is garbage nowadays. How many songs can Wayne feature himself on? How many times can you hear T-Pain on so and so's song singing the hooks with that synth on his voice. How many songs can Soulja Boy release before he finally flops and stops making music?

I'd rather bump my Kweli, Lupe, Atmosphere, Common, MOVE.meant, One Be Lo, Slum Village, Wu-Tang, Lil Brother, A Tribe Called Quest, Evidence, Alchemist, Dilated Peoples, Blu, Outkast, Chamillionaire, etc etc.

I personally like some of his stuff.
