No, he's not talking about the prequels, he's talking about the original 3... and according to ew.com, Lucas is re-opening the original 4,5 & 6 with newly inserted footage and newly designed elements in the movie.

There is no reason at all to re-create any Tarantion movie. They all are great.

All of them already have the best actors for the roles anyhow, so anyone they picked would make the movie worse.
