A fantastic film. IMO, Miike's best work. His "realism" styIe of filming sets the whole mood of the movie. Not for the queasy or close-minded individuals though...

I agree, Visitor Q is the movie I liked the most from Takashi Miike's work, along with The Bird People in China.
