LJS9582_basic is banned!(thoughts on imposters and dodgers)

So another imposter pestering LJ I take it? I missed it, but this sucks for anyone. Its kinda sad to see people pestering users and creating accounts just to make fun of some users....

Also apparently the idea was stolen from me.... sorry LJ, but since I am still here, you know its not me. I would hate to be credited with a good bad idea.
