Funny... those resultant arms looked just as "bulky" as those you'd get doing weight training on machines (the only reason they don't in the video, is because they use a male body-builder as the "example"). Any kind of strength training will produce the same results. If you want slimmer arms, do more cardio.

I think it's funny how they are trying to indicate that bulky muscles are bad. It's like, "Hey woman, you don't want to have muscles. They are bad!"
