Well, as far as proper tracks go, 'Signs of Chaos' from Testament is 30 seconds, and the longest one I have on here is one version of the choral finale of Beethoven's 9th, which goes for 25 minutes.

Well the shortest thing in my music library is "R O Y A L T Y" by Childish Gambino, which is nine seconds. I've got a few things a tad longer than that too (the breaks on nostalgia, ULTRA are around twenty seconds a piece), but if you're talking about an actual song, than I guess it would be "Stop" by Pink Floyd at thirty seconds long.

Longest again is a little tricky. If it can be broken up into parts, then I guess Jethro Tull's "Thick as a Brick" is my longest at around fourty four minutes. Longest solitary song would be "Dogs" by Pink Floyd which is a little over seventeen minutes.

They're both my own compositions.

Shortest: 'Two Notes' Op.7 ~1s.
I have versions where I have improvised, usually by adding a trill between the two notes, and they can last anywhere between three and five seconds.

Longest: '10,001 A-note quavers' Op.3 - just over 2.5 hours if played at the correct tempo of one quaver per second.
