[Lost & found] Has anyone seen this meme?

Rarely sometimes seen in YLYL threads and also not sure if it is in fact, a meme. Innocent looking stick figure face looking somewhat to the right with medium sized googly eyes as if he were expecting a huge surprise(Might be biting lower lip) with both his hands in front of him barely able to contain the excitment.
