There's a connection somewhere. One may be how Claire was given the same medicine (I think!) as the one women doctor in tonights episode was giving to her sister. Also its kinda weird that Ethan met her in a hospital, about her research in fertility drugs, and how he was taking care of a pregnant Claire on the island.

If you looked at that brainwash-screen closely, you would notice lots of pictures of nature and phrases like "we do this to ourselves" and "flowers are our friends". 15 more episodes this season. 6 at the beginning and now 16 straight including the one that was on yesterday. Yeah, this episode was probably the best of the season.
