Only friend I have who talks about politics a lot is the Area Youth Commissioner for the Eagles Rest Area in Scouting, and has had a letter he wrote read in parliament, as he frequently keeps in touch with our MP. Oh yeah, and he's only 17. I'm sure he's just trying to seem grown up though. tl;dr Don't generalize.Tylendal
I agree with this. I don't like discussing politics, religion, or morality, but I've got friends who really are educated in these topics and sometimes make posts about them.
as for iranian side of FB it happens alot but i guess that's understandable since everything is politicized here.
Doesn't matter. First off, I don't check Facebook as much as I did before and second, I don't mind reading political statuses. It's a person's opinion and should be able to express themselves regardless but it doesn't affect me one way or another. Now if they randombly decide to get into a debate with me or send me a bunch of stuff that's politically related then yes, I'd be very annoyed.
I have like 20 friends on FB and I never really get on it so I don't see them that often. My mother on the other hand sees political stuff all the time and it drives her crazy.
I do, but pretty darn rarely. I have to be really ticked about something or really excited. Mostly I keep my opinion of politics on gamespot though.
yeah, that was one of those rare exceptions. I still want to see Scott get taken down, but I keep it off facebook nowadays.i've got at least two friends of mine that are political activists so i tend to see their updates a lot. especially one who is..... very loyal to the cause of getting Wisconsin Republican governor Scott Walker kicked out of office.
