We have 3 foundation stores and I work at one Macys. I have also applied to Sears, which is another foundation store. Is that an issue with most malls? Can I work both jobs?

Not really. I mean, if you can get away with it, then sure, go for it, but almost all major retailers don't like the idea of their employees working for the competition.
Sometimes these jobs make you sign paperwork that says you may not work for the competition if you are currently employed so if they found out you could get fired. Some jobs even have a strict guideline in the clause saying you arent even supposed to shop at the competition. I am not saying its right but sometimes its in there be careful what you sign.We have 3 foundation stores and I work at one Macys. I have also applied to Sears, which is another foundation store. Worst that would happen is one would find out and fire you, but you'd still have the other job.We have 3 foundation stores and I work at one Macys.
