I once heard about a man who was on death row for a murder. He spent over TEN YEARS in prison waiting to be executed before he was finally released.

Why was he released? Because EVENTUALLY it got out that he was IN JAIL at the same time THAT THE MURDER WAS COMMITTED.

And yes, this murder happened OUTSIDE of jail. So he COULDN'T have done it, unless he was able to be in two places at exactly the same time.
