i just lost a little more faith in humanity...well done to that dumb b****, setting all of america back yet again...even if obama does turn out to be amazing its people like her that will still ruin americas image worldwide.
What I dont understand is, couldn't she have atleast tried to talk to the guy before calling the 5-0? Did she have an unquenchable urge to ruin this guy and his daughter's life?i just lost a little more faith in humanity...well done to that dumb b****, setting all of america back yet again...even if obama does turn out to be amazing its people like her that will still ruin americas image worldwide.

Couldn't he have just denied being naked? I mean how could she prove it? Unless she took photographs, which would land her in more trouble.bobabanI bet you when the cops came he was thinking "Is this some sort of joke? I'm being arrested for being naked in my own house? lol?" Heck, I'm gonna start bathing with a swim suit just in case some nosey neighbor decides peek through my tiny bathroom window.
I heard about this on the radio, and thats just bs. If you can't be naked in your own home, where can you be naked?
The woman in this story is the kind of person who tries to get video games banned and probably stops her children doing anything interesting with their lives.
Interesting comment on the article: If a man sees a woman naked in her home through a window. He is a peeping tom. If a woman sees a naked man in his home through a window. He is a pervert. Men loose both ways.

its because she feels she is doing something good with her life, which obviously is a dull and tedius life if she finds the need to look in other peoples homes for no good reason and then get a man arrested for something that is completely legal and then having the police devote a hell of a lot of money into a campaign that will surely come to one answer "**** off and arrest someone actually doing something illegal" hmmm all this police involvement for no apparent reason, whats that? her husband is a police officer? well that obviously has nothing to do with this at all...as i said before, its america as a whole that gets damaged by people like her, the problem is there are too many of them for people to just ignore (we have the exact same problem in britain...but i must say, some americans really seem to know how to **** up a whole countries image for a day almost single handed).
It would suck if you wake up one morning nude, decided to make coffee and next thing you know you are arrested because a woman sneaked into your lawn and called the cops.
Equally questionable was his decision to make coffee in the buff. Boiling water and dangly bits are never a wise combination.WHY are these people looking in his windows?
Jfisch93
That won't hold up in court.Treflis
Thats why the cops sent flyers round that neighbourhood, to see if they could find another creep to testify against the poor guy.
Or you could close your curtains when it gets dark. I don't think the woman would even have noticed in the daytime.Holy **** that's one habit I need to break...

If that was the case then perhaps the guy might have the right to sue the woman for trespassing on his property....http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/worldnews/article-1222156/Man-arrested-naked-home-Springfield-Virginia.html

people now face a years jail time and 2,000 fine for doing whatever you want in your own home. Its not like the guy was stood at the window dancing around, he was making coffee ffs. Apparently this women cut across HIS property as a shortcut - no wonder she saw him.
If I was that guy, I would go and stand outside her house and just stair into their windows, see how she likes that.

[QUOTE="Tigerman950"]Or you could close your curtains when it gets dark. I don't think the woman would even have noticed in the daytime. But what was she doing creeping into some guys yard and peeking through his windows? The fact that the police are even taking this seriously is the part that disturbs me the most. I hope the judge tells the state to pay the guy money for wasting his time and being so damn idiotic.Holy **** that's one habit I need to break...

It says that she was cutting through his yard when she saw him naked. That's messed up. You come on MY property and spy into MY house and I get arrested? The fact that she was on his property is the messed up part. What If I'm in the bathroom and someone climbs up to my second floor window to peek at me. Is that my fault too? I hope this woman's name is leaked and she gets backlash from the community and the nation. The Young Turks thing? I've watched it twice now, but I didn't hear them say that she was cutting across his yard. I only heard that a bus full of school kids saw him, and she saw him while walking her kids to school.
There was another link, I'll look for it.
Edit: Here is the original link and the update to the link -

Editted the link in my previous post. And wtf does him being drunk have to do with anything? Can't you be drunk in your own house!?
Ok in this VIDEO at 1:05 they talk about how they were cutting through his yard.

Yeah, you're right. That's nuts. It's one thing if he's doing that in privacy and a trespasser sees him, but if he's aware a bus full of kids can see him naked, then he could put some clothes on. It's kind of silly this is getting so much attention really. I wonder why they don't mention the trespass thing in the update...I'm sure that sounded much less creepy when it was just in your head.So I could make a living watching people naked in their own house? Hmmmmmmmmm....

[QUOTE="CJL13"]I'm sure that sounded much less creepy when it was just in your head. I'm just glad that now when women catch me spying on them, I can just call the popo and have them arrested for indecent exposure :xSo I could make a living watching people naked in their own house? Hmmmmmmmmm....

According to the police they only arrested him because they believed he WANTED to be seen naked by the public, so i dont agree with the silly spin that people are putting on this that 'zomg you cant do anything even in your own home'.Ninja-HippoYeah, I think they should really only be considering if this was intentional and whether it's likely to cause a repeated nuisance to the public.
According to the police they only arrested him because they believed he WANTED to be seen naked by the public, so i dont agree with the silly spin that people are putting on this that 'zomg you cant do anything even in your own home'.Ninja-HippoBut how do you establish that? I mean the woman said he was "moving from window to window". Well, did she ever stop to think that he was maybe getting the materials to make his cup of coffee? Maybe he went to the left to get a mug, To the right to get the coffee, to the back to get a spoon and forward for the water/cream? It just seems so dubious that you can be arrested without any evidence what so ever of a crime. Did the woman have pictures? What was she doing on his lawn? So are you telling me I could just randomly accuse you of indecent exposure and the cops will arrest you without any proof? Doesn't matter that I could be lying, they should just storm in and arrest you? I personally believe that her husband being a police officer has something to do with how this all went down.
Dont americans have more important things to worry about`?Solid_Tango
you'd think so right? I'm guessing this woman is very religious and resembles something along the lines of a swine (a fat religious chick who can't get laid=hence no one can be naked)
That won't hold up in court.Treflis

Seriously? That's such a fail it's reached and passed five new levels. ... This police department is so unprofessionals.. FLYERS on something that any one can say even if they are not there? This is a witch hunt. I hope that woman's police husband gets fired specifically making it seem like a tainted pool of claims. What a dumb reason to get arrested, it's his house for goodness sake..
sonic__323
Exactly, im actually thinking that the women shouldve gotarrested, you cant be in a person's property without permission.
Why don't they go out and arrest some actual criminals?MagikarpSplashbecause most cops themselves are corrupt
That women would need to have been standing pretty damned close to his house to see through the windows at 8:30am. Even if the guy had the kitchen lights on full blast, she couldn't have seen far into the house, unless she were standing less than 10-15 feet away from the window.
And if that's true that the police were notifying all the neighbors and sending home letters with kids at school, they'd better hope they find some real dirt on this guy, or else they're going to get sued for a lot of money.
