Man arrested for being nude in his own house...

That women would need to have been standing pretty damned close to his house to see through the windows at 8:30am. Even if the guy had the kitchen lights on full blast, she couldn't have seen far into the house, unless she were standing less than 10-15 feet away from the window.

And if that's true that the police were notifying all the neighbors and sending home letters with kids at school, they'd better hope they find some real dirt on this guy, or else they're going to get sued for a lot of money.

Anyone can see that this wasn't deliberate. It was quite obviously an accident, the woman trespassed on his garden ffs.

You make it seem like he was plastered to his window. I'm pretty sure the majority of rooms in most people's houses have a window. That being the case, it's technically possible for someone to see you naked in your house from almost all your rooms. Does that mean you cannot be naked in your house? I have a window in my bedroom and I'm sure if my neighbor were to peak through his window into my room, she could see me naked in the morning while im getting dressed. Does that mean it should be illegal for me to be naked in my bedroom?

The answer to that question is NO...people are nosey as heck over here. If its not what celebrity is sleeping with who its what official is cheating on their spouse. And i guess it doesnt matter that this lady was on his property looking in his window?? tahts all just absurd...really

It's his home. He can be naked if he wants. The woman should be charged with trespassing.
