Man Arrested In Brutal Beating Caught On Nanny Cam Pleads Not Guilty

Cops arrest Shawn Custis in violent Millburn home invasion after being caught on a nanny cam beating the woman that lived there in front of her 3 year old daughter before throwing her down the stairs pleaded not guilty today and is being held on $750,000 bond.

The prosecutor stated that "The video shows what violent crime looks like." Do you agree with her?

I see this as a good thing if it starts to deter crime even better than a firearm does.

Considering this guy has multiple past felonies, he may be looking at Life in jail anyway. In his case, the least he should do is plead Not Guilty and pray to Whatever god he has that he's aquitted...As far fetched as that sounds, he may as well try.

This is Not to say though, that I in any way agree to this - but with as a man with no morals, which he plainly does not, that would be the logical way for him to try.
