Over a video game he kills a kitten. This man needs mental help.

That's some rage, but I know how he feels. Cats can really piss you off.

I hope he gets a creative judge that does something like bans him from playing video games for 10+ years. (on top of the jail time/fines already there)

That's pretty ugly of the guy. And if he could do that to the cat, there is no telling what he would have done if his gf pissed him off.

I was reading the comments on your link though, and people are talking about it should be federal. He should definitely get some time, but federal? It's not like Michael Vick and hosting illegal dog matches with a whole bunch of animals in multiple sites.

I think he's probably always pissed-off because he's cross-eyed and has a bad haircut. The cat was just misdirected anger.

On the SuperSerialTip, he deserves jailtime for that. In jail people find out quick why your in there, and he would be ridiculed, possibly bullied. Also, somebody ought to hold him down and wail on him for a good hour.

I would have to know what game he was playing and the circumstances within the game at the time of the disconnection before i could form an opinion.
