Man suing White Castle over booth size.

So a stockbroker that weighs 290 pounds is suing White Castle for the sizes of the booth seats, saying it is violation to the Americans with disabilities act.:roll:

Being morbidly obese is a disability.

And I just can't get past how fat this country continues to get. Someone who is so fat that they can't fit in a booth is suing a fast food joint because they couldn't sit down to get MORE fast food. At some point people need to start looking at what they're doing to their own bodies.

It's funny that he's too fat to sit in a booth in a fast food restaurant. Sort of ironic to me. How about going on a non-fast food diet and trying some exercise. If you're a stockbroker, I'm sure you can afford a personal trainer. More needless lawsuits.
