I'm interested in hearing your opinions, what did you guys think of it.

Personally I enjoyed it immensely, I believe it to be his best since Holy wood.

People listen to this corpse fvcker?

Ackad
Yes, and he is swimming in money because he created a persona that spurred much controversy in the 1990's. Have you actually listened to anything by him, or are you just dismissing him based on his image and/or genre? -- I haven't listened to anything by him yet, but he is next on my "to-get" list.

Yes I have and honestly felt extremely dirty after hearing it. Even more terrifying because he reminds me of the poughkeepsie killer Ackad
I bet a lot of his stuff is tame compared to some of the metal I listen to...

Probably. I find it pretty tame and I don't even listen to metal. I once remember an Onion article about Marilyn Manson knocking on peoples' doors and trying to scare grandmothers, only for old ass grannies to say "aw, isn't that cute" and give the guy candy that was leftover from Halloween. It's funny, and I don't even hate the guy. My point being, I don't particularly MIND Marilyn Manson. Because as to date, I've heard a lot of his work that is sort of bland, but nothing offensively bad enough to cover my ears and pray for it to stop. His whole act isn't that shocking, and his music is mostly just sort of "blegh". Not memorable, but nothing worth getting pissed off about either. I don't hate the guy, just like I don't hate Britney Spears. Tame/shocking/offensive/whatever don't really apply. Mostly, I just don't give a ****. That being said, I have REALLY liked a few of his songs.

Watched/listened to the title track, it sucked. All of his stuff has been pure crap since Holy Wood, and it wasn't very good before to begin with.

Haven't listened to it yet. Listened to the single and meh, but I won't judge it on that.

Manson's been a self-parody for years. And his last good album was 'Mechanical Animals'.

I might give it a chance. Wasn't crazy about his last album except the instrumentals. I feel like he needs to be on drugs to write really good stuff. I miss Holywood and Antichrist Superstar.

Yeah I didn't care for the High End of Low either. The whole album had a terrible depressing sounding vibe to it that I didn't dig. The same for Eat me drink me but to a lesser degree.

From sh*t I've read it sounds like he's on more drugs than ever.
