I like Marilyn Manson a lot. He was a huge influence for me growing up (good and bad). He's a great writer, lyricist, and overall artist. I don't think he's a freak, I think he's just a guy who does what he has to do to be heard. Many many many musicians write insightful, passionate, and thought-provoking lyrics, but most of them don't get the attention they deserve. Marilyn Manson does.
He's the epitome of freak. The guy took out ribs so he could pleasure himself for god sake.

Wow, you really DO believe everything you hear. That's fascinating. Oh I do? Didn't know you knew me. Hm. I know him well enough to know that everything he's done publicly (which is a lot considering he has a biography out), that he hasn't been lying about the rib thing. I've read the biography and I've watched/read interviews where he has clearly stated that it's not true. He's done a lot of crazy stuff in his day, why would he lie about that? Plus, you don't need to remove ribs to pleasure yourself. Just a huge dong.

Isaw him live last month. Hes got a great stage presence, from cultivating his own image for years. Hes obviously much different in person after a show, but when hes up there he still bags together a great performance.
This is pretty recent, and i find it entertaining!
I like their music, I dunno. Brian Warner(singer) is kind of odd, but a lot of their music is good, and I have seen many of his paintings and really like them.
Maybe, but I like his music. Although he is a poor mans Trent Reznor. Someone I know actually belives that he puts small children and puppies in drums.
Just because he's not standing on stage like a **** and singing*** lovely songs(like everyone else does) doesn't mean he is afreak. Go listen to some pop crap and stay away from Marilyn Manson.
