Who here has them? You know, you don't work out. Do the 40 oz curl every night, lift a fork and spoon everyday. Lift a controller. In short, who here is outta shape? Would you like to be stronger, but are too lazy?

I don't "work out" but I also don't let myself go. I regularly do push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, and occasionally jog.
I wouldn't like to be stronger but I wouldn't like to be so skinny like I am, just a little bit more of muscles.
So you don't work out but you regularly work out...[QUOTE="BATTOSAI76"]

I practice circuits every three days, I am 62kg, and 10-11 body fat composition, I originally was practicing to be an athlete, track and field, however I had depression, and resigned employment and athletic practices 4 months ago. It is very expensive nutrition, 4500 kilocaloric intake, carbohydrates being generally fruit based. Furthermore, my work was intensive 9 hour physical labour, furthermore daily evening practice, morning and evening on saturday and sunday.aprioristicWhat were you planning on doing, specifically?

Middle and long distance practices, though I over practiced 5000m. I was also intrigued by the triathlon if successful in track and field, however I had no bicycle experience. My training had micro/meso/macro cycles, furthermore I seperatly practiced circuits with weighted clothing, high intensity interval training, shadow boxing/kicking as prior to track and field at 12-18, I was training for bccma martial tournaments. I am 21 now, and I feel more skeptical than ever for any success.
I do push ups and sit ups and walk pretty regularly. I'm looking to expand my options andstart some weight lifting soon.

Whenever I go over my one friend's house, I usually walk around lifting up 2 10 pound weights for a while. Just something random, but I have a high metabolism, so I don't weight a lot. But I do have a low fatigue lol
