I think it' s 9. They both have the same priority so they should be done in the order they appear.

I think it is.

I haven't done math Since my first year in university. Never struggled with it, but I have forgotten a lot of it. So I'm sure I'm making some mistakes.

That's pretty much what I did for the second equation. These questions seem like it's more about being neat and careful with your calculations than anything.

i still think its 1 and undefined. i think what people are missing is that its the numerator divided on EVERYTHING below.

why do people always say this and never seem to follow up? Considering that people don't tend to use this sort of thing in day to day life (of of school that is) I'm not at all surprised that people get this wrong.
