LOL. Trust me, you don't know messed up dreams. All I will tell you about a certain dream is that I was looking at some horror movies at a movie store.....then I experienced a scene that may never leave me. It wasen't the scene that was awful....it was what happened.

*WARNING:VERY SADISTIC CONTENT*

I was in a car without a roof, and I was in the back row. I saw 2 or 3 kids in the car, and somehow I was going to be fine no matter what happened. It was like I was a non-seethrough hologram, and I was somewhere safe. I knew what the male driver was going to do. He was going to take his life and the lives of the kids by crashing. I was screaming so hard to stop him.......a few seconds later, I was screaming something like "YOU B******!" while the view of my dream was black. I want you to guess what happened while that happened.

I don't think such disturbing things, I don't want to. I wonder how the dream occured, but it left me with the desire to make a poem about a butterfly dying.....

I just had a really messed up dream last night too.

For some reason, my heart was pounding really hard, and going over 200 beats per second! Then I felt my heart just stop. then after about 1 second, I just felt all this PAIN! And I really did feel pain, maybe it was the power of my mind... then I woke up and everything was fine. I went back to sleep

and what's weird is that I forgot all about this dream after I woke up, but for some reason, something was troubling me in the back of my mind, until I remembered this dream. Then I felt so much better...

OP, but I've had frightening dreams like yours. It's terrible only being able to watch and do nothing.
