Mexican Red Rump POST Molt HELP

My B. vagans finished Moulting as in "escape" his old exo-skeleton 2 days ago! he hasnt been doing much moving he looks weak/sore and as a shrunken abdomen so i was just wondering if this is normal! also what can i do in the mean time to make it an easier experience for him!
ino not to feed him, and do have a water dish out!! with clean water, his thermometer and hygrometer are at the right temp/humidity, and substrate is not too dry, and not to wet!!

AND: i only got him 3 days ago!! my first T so any information would be appreciated!
