This is the correct answer. I don't really like either of them. McCartney was more influential I would say, but that doesn't mean he's particularly great.
Paul McCartney for sure. He's my least favorite Beatle, but he's quite talented. Honestly, I've never understood the big fuss about Michael Jackson. He made some good pop tunes and did some strange/interesting dancing, but that's about it.
MJ is better IMO. Heck I don't even find McCartney to the best Beatle. But that isn't saying Paulis someone who lacks talent. I may not be a Beatles fan but Paul and Lennon of course are/were very talented people.
