A few weeks ago...the day after the memorial service me and my mom went to Barnes and Noble to buy some magazines with him in it and we spent around 50 bucks. We are going to go back tommorrow to see if they have anything new.I know. It's annoying. Many people die worldwide every day yet we only mourn the famous ones who die. It's quite sad. I know that Michael Jackson's contributions to the pop genre of music were tremendous and he left behind many fans but the media needs to stop talking about him now. There are other things for the media to babble about.
It doesn't really feel like four weeks. :? But anyways, I'm sick of seeing all this Michael Jackson this and Michael Jackson that crap. It seemed as if when he was alive, no one liked him and as soon as he dies, everyone loves him. lexikaYou have a good point.
lol way to downplay his influence. Just to tell you this, MJ was considered a sign of "good luck" in china.... he's THAT big.I know. It's annoying. Whats worse is how the media kept portraying him as some sick, old pedophile when he was alive.. after he is dead he's some sort of God. Its amazing how they can turn around like that.. anything for the ratings...shoving him down our throats. I mean it is sad that a person died but come on. We know he's dead but let's try to get over it. "Who is this singer? Answer and get a laptop" :|

It's already been 4 weeks? In that case it has been way too long to cover his death. What more is there to find out?

Actually..Friday morning (June 26th) I saw Michael on TV and I was like "Ugh..Michael Jackson.." and then my mom said he just died and I was like "WHAT?!"
... Because what the media usually covers is so intense and meaningful.
The usual celebrity gossip, Jon & Kate, Obama's birth certificate ... as far as I'm concerned, they can talk about Michael Jackson for as long as they want. If it's not that, it'll just be something else pointless and unimportant that just as many people will watch anyhow.
