Ill just throw a few out there to get this one going The scene in "The Tale of Sir Lancelot" in "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" where It keeps cutting back to John Cleese running, but at the same distance away each time. Even when i was a little kid this absolutely killed me! The Paralell bars scene from "The Pink Panther Strikes Again". By far the funniest of the Sellers' Pink Panther movies in my opinion. And just when i think it cant get funnier than the dismount from the bars, he goes and karate chops the suit of armor. Red Bat, Blue Bat scene from "Windy City Heat". This is one of the funniest movies ever made, and the scene of Perry tied to a chair while Mole air guitars away is an absolute killer! "Why the f is the red bat EVEN THERE?????" The rhino scene in "Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls". I will never find that Jim Carrey face not funny. Buzz'n Frog scene from "Wrongfully Accused". Not much to say about this one, other than its an absolute 10
A part in the film 'Sliding Doors' with Gwyneth Paltrow and John Lynch made me laugh to the point that I was crying. The latter was cheating on his girlfriend (Paltrow) and he was a nervous wreck because the woman he was having an affair with threatened to tell his girlfriend of their affair. He was stood by the window in the kitchen, nervous whilst his girlfriend chatted to him, when all of a sudden - the woman he is with appears at the other side of the window (it was dark and had been thunderstorming) and he shouts out "J.C!" (I abbrieviated it) and I don't know why, but I was in hysterics. My mum was like, "What the hell?" Aha, fond memories :P x
In jacka** 2 when Bam, Dunn and Johnny Knoxville are standing in front of the claymore filled with rubber pellet's :lol: I laugh so hard after it exploded lmao.
Since I couldn't find it on Youtube, I'll just explain it. In the Naked Gun, where he is in the bathroom with the mic on, I was in tears, on the ground, rolling around laughing. There were other funny moments in the movie but that made me laugh the hardest.

The romance in Titanic and Twlight. Also the part in the movie Steel with Shaq playing as the superhero. There is a scene where steel returns a stolen purse back to a woman that was mugged by a theif. Steel leaves the area by getting on to esalator like he's some sort of badass and the music is acting all intense and heroic. Its so awfully bad that you will laugh.

Finally someone mentions The naked gun . Leslie Nielsen movies are hilarious .
I know many people will find this rather odd and i might even get moderated for it, but one of the funniest scenes i ve ever seen is the scene in Pulp Fiction where: The big black dude gets rap3d by that police officer, i dont know why ( seriously i dont know) i laugh til i cried when that happend, i didnt hate the guy or anything, i just thought it was fun as heck.
All three Monty Python films had me in stitches but one scene I remember laughing at particularly hard was the stoning scene in "The Life of Brian".
Another film that had me laughing out loud, this time in the cinema, was the scene in "The Other Guys" when the two main characters are trying to get information from the Steve Coogan character and Will Ferrell's thinks that they are playing bad cop- bad cop :lol:
There only two other times I can remember laughing very hard during a film. The first was in "Rat Race" at the scene where Jon Lovitz's character through a series of mishappenings ends up and a WWII veterans convention (having shown up in Hitler's staff car) and resembles and starts acting like Hitler and the second was in "Airplane": let's face it most of that film is laugh-out-loud funny but for some reason I found the scene near the beginning where a guy is servicing the plane's engine like it were a car and he falls off his platform when trying to close the 'bonnet'
