I'd suggest eating something before jogging, that way you'd have more energy and would enjoy your jog more. Even if it's only a slice of toast, that's okay. ;)

I like to eat AFTER I exercise (weight lifting). I don't like to work out on a full stomach. :?

You obviously haven't considered eating during the run. It's certainly time efficient.

Eat something before, but not too much , you don't want to throw up half way through the jogging. Eat more later.

Exactly. Just grab a fruit and some milk before your run, then have something filling afterwards... cereals, toasts, milkshake, eggs, whatever.

Personnally in the morning I go to the gym, eat little before, and when I come back I usually make myself a milkshake with whey proteins, a banana, berries, some pineapple juice, etc. or I cook myself 3-4 eggs/an omelette

I would say eat something light before jogging, like toast or some cereal

if you do eat cereal don't use milk or you'll come out with cottage cheese =D

Eat something high in Carbs before but low on protien like 10-30 minutes before, afterwards have pb&j with choco milk =D.

That's a big breakfast. :o All I have is a cup of tea in the morning, I can't eat food in the morning because it makes me feel sick.

You should do both. Eat something light before the run and not immediately before, then eat some carbs after to rebuild yourself.

Well keep in mind I work the evening shift, so I get to bed late, wake around 10am or so... get to the gym around 11:30, and eat my "big breakfast" at around 1 in the afternoon...

I couldn't eat all that when I get up either.

you are not going to be able to digest any food at all for an hour and a half. eat some peanut butter if you wake up that early, but otherwise, it'll take even longer to get what you want. really, what's going to help you in the morning is what you eat the night before. don't risk trying to digest stuff during excercise; it'll only fatigue and nauseate you. besides, a person tends to be hungrier after work

it's hardly going to save you anything if you lose your breakfast as you eat it

Eat a banana or some other fruit before jogging. That will give a little energy. Afterwards you can have your regular breakfast.
