Jar Jar is a good choice. While I have no doubt many will disagree with some of my choices, I'd add: 1. Adrian - From the Rocky movies 2. Rikku - FFX, FFX-2...not only for being annoying on her own because of how annoying the response by teenage boys everywhere to her was and still is. 3. Elliot - Scrubs 4. Gimli - LoTR movies (only because they absolutely butchered the character) 5. CeNedra - From the David Eddings books. 6. Otacon - From Metal Gear Solid for being a whiny loser 7. Pretty much every single character in "King Kong" OTHER than the ape - for making the ape the most sympathetic character in the movie 8. Barry Bonds, Mark McQuire, Sammy Sosa and all the other cheaters from baseball - self explanatory That's a good start.
Yeah, Jar Jar is definitely on the list. I would be inclined to say C-3PO too, although I'm sure most people would disagree. I found him annoying, though. The host played by Chris Tucker in Fifth Element was bloody annoying. Navi from Ocarina of Time is up there, too. HEY HEY HEY HEY LISTEN. Tingle is annoying just for existing, and for giving children nightmares the world over. Maybe 'annoying' isn't a strong enough word.

Also add Mike McDermott's girlfriend in "Rounders" to the list above, for being the latest in a long, LOOONG line of movie girlfriends that are completely unsupportive of their guys. And just about any female character from any Romantic Comedy movie ever made for spreading the deluded misconception that the way to true love is for the woman just to be adorable and for the man to change completely everything about himself in order to please her.

She's very pretty. That's entirely different from being awesome. She was also whiny, neurotic, self-obsessed, a basket case and a drama queen. (Just my opinion of course.)

Lol do you just sit there waiting for them all to die :P You have no idea how much I want Jack to die :x I do like some of the characters, Juliet is the best, as well as the latest additions to the cast. Hurley (my previous favorite) got annoying after Season 3 and the rest are pretty awful.
Meh, I just enjoy him over Efron, and that dude from Twilight. Plus movies get stale having the same 2 people in them all the time. But overalll I like his movies. And even though you don't like his "Freak out" acting, when he does it, he does it well. :P
