Aw, I forgot the little girl from Alien 2 died, thanks for reminding me.
Also worth mentioning Ixioran-Altairian
Bio engineered humanoid weapons. Standard features include Increased/super strength, speed, durability, and personnel defensive/offensive force field
Special models have been spotted with the ability to teloport anywhere and through time itself.(and pull off prince of persia time rewinds)
Be warned, she has the accidental habit of punching a human in half.(literally)
While Xenomorphs are awesome, IMHO Predators take the price, hell, not even Apollo Creed and Jeese Ventura where rivals :o

What's a Weeping Angel?
Aspecies that moves very quickly and silently as assassins, but when viewed turn to "stone" and become indestructable. They cover thier own eyes as if they were weeping so they don't look at eachother, which would cause them to become frozen locked in eachothers gaze.
"Don't blink. Blink and you're dead. Don't turn your back. Don't look away. And don't blink. Good Luck."

What the hell is that from? Doctor Who. There's three episodes with them in it. If you somehow amazingly don't like Doctor Who, the episode in which they first appeared is very DW light. :P[QUOTE="Tetrarch9"]What the hell is that from? Doctor Who. You should give it a chance sometime. The show really is a hit or a miss with people , the former with me. The episode with the Weeping Angels is Blink. ;) You may not have heard of it because it is a british show.[QUOTE="LightR"]

You know, the Weeping Angels were only creepy in Blink. The other few episodes they were in weren't very good at all.
Also:
Scared the hell out of me when I saw that episode.
I wasn't expected something scary while watching Dr. Who and of course I had to stumble onto this.
The thing from The Thing.
Because it can apparently do an almost PERFECT imitation of any other member of any other race, including utilizing the same memories/personality, and having almost exactly the same physical attributes.
Secondly, because it is very hard to kill. You can burn one if you want to, but even one single living cell is enough to reignite a pandemic. And we've already seen how individual cells actually run away from danger. When McCready did his blood test, the alien blood cells ran away from danger the same way that Norris' head ran away from his goddamned body. So even if you douse an infected dude with gasoline and light him on fire, all it takes is ONE SINGLE CELL to run away from that **** and hide in the sand/snow/dirt.
The aliens in X-Files was pretty bad ass, considering they're coming to repopulate our world in 2012.

She was annoying anyway. Don't get me wrong...she was sort of a useful and occasionally cute plot device. But one movie was enough. They probably could have found a better way to get rid of her than to kill her off, but mostly I'm just glad that I never had to hear her scream ever again.
Unless you're saying that the ACTOR who played that little girl has also died. In which case...that's news to me, and I wouldn't want to casually dismiss that. But as far as the CHARACTER of Newt dying...good riddance.
whatever race Noxus from Metroid Prime: Hunters belonged to. they were like, the police of the universe lol

**** those guys. They're aliens capable of interstellar travel, and they still needed the cooperation of a human organization to fulfill their goals.
The whole time they're abducting people, giving humans their own babies so that we can develop human/alien hybrids resistant to the oncoming invasion, spreading alien viruses, and cooperating with humans to experiment with bees as a delivvery mechanism for the virus, they shouldn't have had to do ANY of that ****ing BS.
They're a goddamned alien race, capable of interstellar travel and determined to colonize Earth. And their entire PLAN revolved around a decades-spanning conspiracy, in which it has already been revealed that the human conspirators were only conspiring with the aliens in order to buy time to ensure the survival of the human race.
These same aliens are capable of producing shape-shifting assassins that can only be killed with a shot to the neck, an alien virus that basically copies the **** out of Alien, and are capable of of capturing humans and then replacing them with PERFECT alien replicas that are not only perfect spies, but are also inhumanly strong and can reassemble themselves after being GROUNG UP INTO GODDAMN HAMBURGER MEAT.
THOSE are the aliens that we are talking about. These aliens somehow needed to wait 50 ****ing years to start their invasion, and needed to rely on cooperation from humans in order to accomplish that goal.
Those aliens aren't badass. They SHOULD be badass, but "should" isn't worth a whole lot.
The Necrons aren't really badass, just the end of everything (if they actually reawoke in full force). Their whole goal is just to eliminate the warp and thus exterminate all life in the universe so that their leaders (the ethereal C'tan gods) can feast on the various energies of the universe. Including the life energies of other sentient aliens and can go back to devouring stars. They want absolution and silence, not just awesome death and badass-ery.
I'd even put Orkz ahead of the Necs, since they just want to fight for the sake of it. :P
even tho they were humans they technically arnt anymore...
they are the Adeptus Astartes and they sahll know no fear....
