This city's population isn't necessarily as large as the cities you've mentioned ... but, there's no crime. The only problem is that you just have to be careful of ... well, a little "health" hazards.

I don't think any city in the entire world beats Sydney in the visual department, but it definitely lacks in art, food and culture to its sibling Melbourne, and it's not to shabby looking either.
