Yep, what great guys. Tomb of The Mutilated isn't really bad, The Wretched Spawn and Buthered At Birth are far worse. I found a Butchered At Birth tee the other day in a store and showed it to my friend and she's like "OMG WTF!?!"

cannibal corpse has some extremely brutal artwork, ive heard they try very hard to do so on purpose, and if people arnt offended by their artwork, they feel they didnt accomplish their goal.

this one isnt really brutal but i love it.

Probably Brujeria's Matando Gueros, which shows a burned decapitaded head. And also Dawn of the Black Hearts by Mayhem, cant get more brutal than an actual shotgun suicide pic for an album.

Brutal CD covers are ok with me as long as it represents the music's artistic integrity. It seems most of these covers are just there for shock value and have no real message or representation.
