Most dangerous way of using drugs?

What is the most dangerous in your opinion. Please exuse any affects of the drug itself. Focus on the method of administiring it.

Id say injections because of infections. They can still be sterile, all you need is a lighter, stoners are not short on those. But the constantly getting wounds can cause infections.

Injecting it with a syringe and needle. Using a dirty needle puts a person at risk of getting HIV. Shooting heroin injects the drug into your blood stream quickly and intensely, which opens the door to an overdose for some first time users.

Combining depressants with stimulants. i.e. speedball, mix of cocaine and heroin.

Also, as for intake methods, it all varies depending on the drug itself.

I'll go with injecting because of the aforementioned reasons - the possibility of infection, cross-contamination etc. is increased.

Also if you have to inject it, you know it's some hella nasty stuff, right there.

Grinding pills then incorporate that in a solvent and use the solution intraveneously ; it end up blocking capillaries producing gangrene. There are DISCUSTING images and videos of the result easily available.

Of course the dangers of using hard drugs does not compare to the one of owing something to its dealer.
