I don't have a clear recollection of the film, but I'd say that Jame Gumb (a.k.a Buffalo Bill) from Silence of the Lamb,is the most disturbing villain I've ever seen in a movie. Ted Levine did an incredible job creating a convincingly psychotic characters. The scene in which he says It puts the lotion on its skin. It does whatever its told is as dismaying as it is hilarious. This guy truly seems as if he's out of his mind. If the movie had ended with him being arrested, I'm pretty sure they would have placed him in an asylum.

I would definitely go with Ted Levine for both Silence Of The Lambs and Monk :P.

Silence Of The Lambs.

Monk :P (sure he may be a good guy but look at that mustache!).

^^^ Awesome, never knew it was the same guy.

I would go with the most recent Joker.

Does anyone think that Robert Knepper who plays T-Bag (a.k.a. Theodore Bagwell) in Prison Break, would make a good joker?

I would have to say Liam Mcpoyle from It's Always Sunny In Philidelphi.

Harry Powell from Night of the hunter though Dennis Hopper in Blue Velvet is my second choice.

There was a villain in an australian movie that trumps all other villains, but I cant remember the name of the movie. Its the one where he puts the girls 'head on a stick', I still feel ill after thinking about it.

Dr. Heiter from The Human Centipede.

That movie wasn't even that good, and he may not really be the MOST disturbing, but it's all I could think of as of now. I'm brain-dead right now.

The Joker. He made that movie so awesome. And about Two Face . . .
"We thought we could be decent men in an indecent time!"
I actually felt bad for the guy after that he said that sentence.
