Most evil fictional character?

Who do you think is the most evil fictional character? To me, I think it would have to be Emperor Palpatine, aka Darth Sidious. Even his name sounds evil. And he was a clever bastard the way he fooled the entire Republic as their later and then stabbed them in the back. He also nearly exterminated the Jedis.

I was going to post that too, but I figured I might get modded for it. People can post Satan, though, so I don't know why others can't post god if that's their opinion. And if someone wants to turn that into a huge religious debate, let them,we can always just ignore it.

Doesn't bother me at all. I'm Christian and this has been the best decision of my life. It's only an opinion so let Genetic Code and others post what they want. *shrug*

Adam Newman from Young and the Restless.
He made his mother-in-law (Ashley) miscarry by making her fall down the stairs, then cleaned up the mess, while she was unconscience, and tricked her into thinking she was still pregnant.
Then he stole Sharon and Nick's baby and brought it to Ashley, and told him it was hers. He got a crooked doctor to tell Sharon that her baby died shortly after she gave birth.
NOW he's starting a relationship with the woman whos baby he stole and gave away.

That's just the main things he's done. That jerkis always hurting the peeole around him, and he still hasn't got caught for a single thing.
He's trying to take down Newman enterprises. ARRRGGHH!!!

Christianity's version of satan. He wants everyone to be decieved, and to be tortured forever. I can't imagine anything topping that.

I don't thinkthey arethe most evil fictional characters, but I have always liked Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII or Kefka from an earlier Final Fantasy game.
