What common phrases just get on your nerves due to overuse?

It's gotta be "Life's too short..." for me. As if we don't already get enough lessons on life to need some smart-alec-Joe from down the street telling us about it... Whenever I hear it, I just tend to disregard everything that person says because of it. It's just boring and irritating. >.> Your turn!

"thats what she said!" - i hate it when people say it every time after someone else says anything at all. it can be funny if ive never heard you say it in your life then you just say it randomly. but more than once from any one person is just annoying.

"wow..." - this was a somewhat original response like 3 years ago but now i hear it at least 10 times in every conversation.

I hated that "Face your fears, live your dreams" Motivational poster that the old surf clothing company 'No Fear' used to use all the time. Face your fears, live your nightmares more like. I've got vertigo for some reason, I have trouble going down escalator stairs! Why should I go abseiling? Who seriously gives a **** about facing their fears? Because it makes us feel alive and turns us into some kind of radical dude?

I preferred their other one "Does not play well with others". I'll have that tattooed to my face!
