You've never heard of thrash metal :question:
Black Market Radio, the singer Peter Cornell who is the brother of Chris Cornell (Soundgarden, Audioslave, and Temple of the Dog) has been living in his brothers shadow for foreverscary_snake
Peter cornell is a bamf. Way better than Chris in audioslave, though Can't compete with Temple of the dog.

I'd say so too, agreed.

They forgot the insane thrash from back in the day.USSJAndrewBack in the 80's there were literallyhundreds of thrash metal bands out there all trying to make a name for themselves. Metallica at their best still pale in comparison to many thrash metal bands that have been completely forgotten. The bands that everyone forgot are underrated, Metallica is not.
[QUOTE="quiglythegreat"]The Beatles. Beethoven.aaaaarrrrggggg
Was Beethoven even considered a band? :?
Yeah, he just got his own drummers and stuff. He always had problems with his lead guitar people. He was a wicked vocalist though, no question.Hm, I'm going to say TV on the Radio, but then that's because most people don't seem to have ever heard of them.
Unique and good is a rare combination in music, especially since it seems like just about everything has been done sometimes...
everyone is just going to say a band that no one has heard of.Dopemonk736

I also think that Finch is underrated because of lack of exposure.
My Chemical Romance is underrated because most people simply write them off as emo. Before I knew they were considered emo I would listen to them all the time. Then my friends told me they dont listen to them because emo kids do. The songs sound the same as many other artists style.
Good Charlotte is underrated because of the way they look as opposed to the content of their songs.

Our Lady Peace - one of Canada's best alternative bands mostly known as a one hit wonder in the US when their video "superman's dead" moved jumped onto MTV in 1997. With increased commercial song use the band is now becoming one of the best band you've heard but never known.
The Refreshments - another band plagued by the one-hit-wonder stigma has one of the most unique albums of the late 90's. Sadly there wasn't much demand for southern rock durring there time, and the band has went their seperate ways. Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers is the spirtual successor to the band, but doesn't quite have the quality that the refreashments first album did, and most of their good songs are stuff leftover from the refreshments.
