I thought I was the only one that saw that movie lol. I try to explain the plot to a few people and all I got was weird looks... I agree though, underrated for sure.

Pretty much agree. SHAWSHANK actually got A LOT of attention back then 7 academy award nominations is GOOD! It was just up against Pulp Fiction, Stargate, and Forrest Gump in the theaters and obviously Forrest Gump cleaned its clock at the awards. But I wouldn't call it underrated. IMHOirishscott99

I was mostly referring to box office attention.

The Watchmen movie, I loved the graphic novel and I felt the movie was a brilliant complimenting work.

Aw man, Midnight Run is an incredible movie. This is probably the first time I've heard someone mention it here besides me. >_>

Anyway, the last film I gave this honour was a Coen brothers feature, so I'll continue in that vein with The Man Who Wasn't There, which is a wonderful b/w neo-noir.

Midnight run makes me sad because the director of it also made Gigli. That was his last film. Shame too because he was a damn good director. I think I may have mentioned this already.

Midnight run makes me sad because the director of it also made Gigli. That was his last film. Shame too because he was a damn good director. I think I may have mentioned this already.
