Probably trying to beat it, just like those people who get torn apart at train crossings because they can't wait 45 seconds. Stupid, stupid people. (Unless of course her car stalled or something but i imagine bridge operators would have noticed her)

i saw a huge car crash and it blocked 3-5 miles of traffic. The people were waiting so long that they were barbequeing on the highway. lol
