Movie News: Expendables 2 WILL Have an R-Rating

According to Chud.com, they have received word that The Expendables 2 is going back to its original R-rating.

There has been some speculation that the "controversy" of Chuck Norris wanting a PG-13 rating to bring in younger viewers was nothing but a gimmick to drum up some pre-release buzz, and I'm more than inclined to believe that. Before becoming the whole internet meme a few years ago, Norris never came anywhere as close as having the clout that Stallone, Scwartzenegger, Bruce Willis, or any number of cast members in that movie has or may have had.

But at any rate, what do you guys think? Excited? Indifferent? Don't really give a sh!t?

I'm indifferent now that Donnie Yen isn't in it.

The first movie wasn't quite what I expected. I thought it'd be a bit more cheesy and reflect 90's movies. Perhaps the actors just didn't conjure enough nostalgia for me. Then again Arnie and Bruce were barely in it.

Van Damme is enough to make me see it.

That is a relief, a PG-13 movie with Ahnold, Stallone, and Willis in it would be a crime. Every time an R rated film gets a PG-13 sequel, it normally ends bad or the feeling of "What could have been...".
