...even though you keep hearing how awesome and epic they are from moviegoers and critics all the time because you doubt they are. What are they?
Mine are the black and white King Kong, Godfather 1 & 2 and Citizane Kane.

What? Those are all amazing and essential viewings. King Kong is one of those films that makes really something else with its creative effects, and I mean Citizen Kane c'mon! You have to check them out! :P...even though you keep hearing how awesome and epic they are from moviegoers and critics all the time because you doubt they are. What are they?

Wat. You've seriously never seen any of those movies and you won't see them? Why? I decided to watch Brazil because I kept hearing, "oh it is one of the greatest sci-fi film of all time!!" and in the end, I deeply regretted that I did. That's why I'll never trust what they have to say about old school movies, no matter how much praise they give them.[QUOTE="Guyper"]

I've never seen any of the Godfather movies and I never will because I have no interest in that genre.
Also, Up because it just doesn't interest me.
For me, I try and watch a lot of great and different films. Though I do regret seeing Salo, or 120 Days of Sodom.Jazz_FanI lol'd and lolwut'd so many times during Salo/120 Days of Soddom
[QUOTE="Jazz_Fan"][QUOTE="clayron"]I do not think there is a movie out there I will refuse to watch. clayronI could think of a few you should refuse. :P Do tell. Well, you should probably never watch the already mentioned in Salo. But in terms of just unenjoyable badness I would say Black Devil Doll from Hell, E.T.: The Porno, Tales of the Quadead and Brazilian Star Wars to name a few.

I thought it was funny, I don't "like" those movies per se, but they're great to watch for shock value with other people. I've seen things that are way worse than that movie.

I don't remember the pig...It's been at least 10 years since I've seen the movie...But I'd rather not watch it again :?[QUOTE="Jazz_Fan"][QUOTE="VaguelyTagged"]You better repent! seriously, which one of his movies would you suggest me to watch ? i've got most of his movies, just don't know where to start.. All of them are amazing, it seems it's tough for people to really get into his style of film. His debut film Ivans Childhood is great but his most conventional so I believe that would be a good place to start, before you get into his other stuff like Stalker, Zerkalo and Andrei Rublev.everything by tarkovski *hides from jazz-fan*

We had heard it was a gruesome piece of work, but we had no idea what we were exactly in for. 40 minutes in, we felt sick to our stomachs. That castration scene looked so real.
