Movies you would make if you were a director...

What movies would you direct/create? For me:

Watership Down (re-telling/remake)

Plague Dogs(same with watership down)

Deus Ex Movie.

Ultimate Spider-man (ultimate universe, obviously)

Something ORIGINAL about Alien abductions/UFOs/Aliens. (Abduction of Alan Godfrey, perhaps? Look it up btw).

EDIT: Almost forgot! Since i'm such a Disney nerd, I would probably make an Epic Mickey TV Show (or just a darker mickey).

A doom reboot trilogy that is far more faithfull to the games. the first one would be an adaption of the first episode of D1, just set on mars, the second would be set in hell, and the 3rd would be set on earth.

A quake movie (quake 1)

a wolfenstein movie

then i would do a 3-way cross over between doom, quake, and wolfenstein and make a quake arena movie. Like the protagonists from the 3 movies are kidnapped and forced to compete as fighters representing earthin the interdimensionalquake arena tournament

A transformers reboot trilogy thats more faithfull to G1 in terms of story and the transformer designs. more emphasis on the transformers as characters and less on the human characters

paranormal activity 4, butIdmake it a ballsy action-horror movie. The possessed chick from the 2nd one sacrifices that baby and causes a demonic invasion of Los Angeles. filmed from the POV of 2 police officers on patrol who get caught up in the attack, and are forced to help a priest stop the invasion. justlook at REC 2 to see were im goin with it.

a power rangers reboot. Just take out all the cheesiness and over-the-top-ness, put the power rangers in BA lookin powered suits, make the monsters scary and genuinely threatening (and make rita hot), and expand on the whole mythology of the power rangers. Id have it so that instead of them being just 5 random "teenagers with attitude," theyd be part of some ancient warrior blood line that defeated the evil aliens originally thousands of years ago. it would make more sense than an eccentric robot pulling 5 random names out of a hat and giving them super-powers

I would take over direction of World War Z, that movie is going to hell right now.

I would re-make mega-shark vs giant octopus but with a really high budget and I'd employ tonnes of A-list actors.

Maybe make it a semi-serious comedy, with simon pegg and nick frost as the main protagonists

I would make a comedy about Frisbee Golf where a ragtag group of nobodies win their way into regionals and go on to win at the national level. It would star Ben Stiller, Will Farrell, Danny Mcbride and Sean Astin ( as the gay guy ).

I'd probably do a bunch of comedies similar to Zombieland, Superbad, and Pineapple Express.

I would also love to make time period movies. I don't mean Victorian films, i mean period films in like the 40's, 50's, 60's, 80's America, Europe, Middle East. On any number of arrangements of situation.

I make a movie of 'American Gods' by Neil Gaiman, with Liam Neeson starring as Wednesday. And I'd try to shoot it in the actual real life locations as much as possible, though that may be difficult, as Cairo Illinois as depicted in the book seems like much less of a hellhole than the real life Cairo Illinois.

I would make a compilation of movies from short stories I have written. (similar to Creepshow, a bunch of short stories in one movie.) I would also make a GOOD video game based movie. (ie use one that sticks to the source material without being awful.)

nah.

the first one would be like a cross between evil dead and aliens (which, coincidentally, both movies were the inspiration for the original doom). something goes wrong on mars, marines are sent in to clean it up, they all get killed with exception to 3 main character marines (doom, crash, and phobos from quake 3 arena fame) and 2 "red-shirt" marines who are only in the movie to die gruesome deaths. eventually they run into a surviving scientist who was head of the research into the gates, and the story picks up from there.

2nd one would be set in hell. kinda like an adaption of the 3rd episode of the original doom

3rd one would be an adaption of doom 2. set on earth in this futuristic city overrun by hell. the characters need to get to the source of the invasion in this city and cut its head off, basically.

the whole trilogy would be an epic adventure to save humanity from hell

...dang i should probably be writing this...

A Bioshock movie called Andrew Ryan that focuses on his life before Rapture fell into chaos. There is sooooo much I would like to do with a character like that.

They will all be live-action:
