moVIESW WITH great stories?

Rewatched memento and forgot how good it was.

So used to action and superhero movies of late or OTT movies like Wolf of Wall street, just to much for me.

Whats some real gripping movies?

Blade Runner.

Kagemusha has a good story IMO.

It's about an asshole thief guy who lucks out standing in for a dead warlord and then begins to directy channel him - caring deeply about the clan.

Then he's found out, cast out and the warlords inheritor goes against the clans ethos destroying it in a big final battle.

In the final shot if the movie, having been hidden in the shrub and seen them wiped out the thief charges up the enemy as a lone figure and ends up dying with the clan.

Very dry movie though, if you hate people sitting looking constipated for long periods of time it will be boring as hell.

Kagemusha has a good story IMO
